The Mount Vernon District's Ongoing Issues are maintained and updated by the Office of the Mount Vernon District Supervisor. There is much information presented here that should be of concern to Gum Springs residents - especially landowners. For those who don't know, there is a major revitalization effort underway for the Route 1 Corridor. Land values should be going up substantially in the near future.
